Android testing

Help test real field-service workflows

JobFrame is preparing for structured Android testing. The goal is to find confusing workflows, broken edge cases, PDF problems, migration issues, and device-specific failures before a wider release.

1

Start with fictional data

Learn the app using sample customers and jobs before entering real business or customer information.

2

Follow complete workflows

Create estimates, approve them, add photos, sign jobs, generate receipts, archive work, and test backups.

3

Report exact results

Send clear steps, screenshots, device information, and the difference between expected and actual behavior.

Useful testing areas

  • Small screens, large screens, and increased Android text size
  • Long customer names, addresses, service descriptions, and pricing lists
  • Detailed, summary, payment-only, and estimate PDFs
  • Photos, signatures, denied permissions, and missing files
  • External backup save, import, verification, restore, and recovery
  • Light mode, dark mode, and all JobFrame color themes
  • Search, filters, templates, archive, restore, and deletion

Testing interest

A formal testing invitation is not open yet. Send an email to register interest, describe the Android device you can test, and mention the kind of service business or workflow you understand.
